Cardio Tennis is a group workout program catering to all fitness levels. It combines cardiovascular exercise with tennis drills and activities, all set to a high-energy sound track. Our 1-hour sessions cater to all ability levels, in a fun and social atmosphere, where you're sure to raise a sweat and get the heart pumping!
Be sure to bring a drink! Racquets provided if required.
GIANT Cardio+Kids sessions include a Cardio Tennis session for adults, whilst a tennis lesson for pre-school aged children is run at the same time on a court nearby. This is a great way to get the whole family active, or at least keep the kids entertained while you get a workout in!
